1. This prize draw is only open to all Key Stage 3 secondary school pupils (aged 11 – 14) in the UK, except employees and relatives National Schools Partnership and Johnson & Johnson Ltd. Any other entries will not be accepted.
2. Any personal information provided will only be used to contact prize winners. We will not share personal information with anyone else. Personal information will be kept until prize winners have been chosen and then it will be deleted.

4. There are 94 prizes available in total, listed here. Should any of these prizes be unavailable at the time of purchase, National Schools Partnership reserves the right to substitute with alternatives of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change. There are no cash alternatives.
5. To enter, simply complete the associated entry form, agree to the terms and conditions and click 'submit' for online submissions.
6. Unlimited entries per person allowed. No postal entries will be accepted.
7. The Promoter (National Schools Partnership, 1 Hardwicks Square, Wandsworth, London, SW18 4AW) accepts no responsibility for lost or mislaid entries or which are not received due to any problems with third party services, including internet connections.
8. Opening date for receipt of entries is midday on 10th February 2010
9. Closing date for receipt of entries is midday on 31st May 2010
10. Winners will be selected at random from all submitted entries after the Closing Date under independent supervision, and prizes will be automatically dispatched by post to the school addresses provided by 18th June 2010. Schools will also be informed by email that prizes are on their way. Prizes will be allocated in the order listed here.
11. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The winner may be required to take part in related publicity, as long as parental consent has been given.
13. Entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering the participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
14. Information collected by National Schools Partnership in this promotion is done so under the guidelines of the Data Protection Act and all information is held in accordance with the principles laid down by the Act.
15. These terms and conditions are made under English law. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability whatsoever arising out of, or in connection with this Promotion.
